We are a group of independent Primary Care providers working directly with members to offer timely, personalized care with kindness and empathy. Our model offers a membership at a fixed monthly cost with unlimited access to our providers. We keep our cost affordable because we cut out the middlemen, the red tape, the administrative costs and we do this by being insurance-free.

We provide virtual care without physical clinics. We strive to connect you to one single provider and care team who will follow you throughout your health journey. Our providers handle numerous health conditions with video consultations, texts, and emails. We coordinate care across specialties, help navigate the healthcare system, order lab work, prescribe medications, and offer nutritional plans and health coaching.

We offer yearly memberships that cover your unlimited access to our experienced primary care physicians. Family members receive a 15% discount on all plans. You may have additional costs for lab work, imaging, or procedures. and most people using our services also have a high-deductible health plan. We can offer near wholesale prices for services not covered by our membership.

At Blue Zebra Health, we specialize in virtual primary care. To maintain our focus and provide the best possible service, there are certain aspects of healthcare that we do not offer:

• In-person clinic visits - Our services are 100% virtual

• Prescriptions of controlled substances

• Emergency medical treatment

• Invasive procedures or surgeries

By clearly defining our scope of practice, we ensure that our patients receive high-quality, targeted care within our area of expertise. For medical needs outside our scope, we can provide referrals to appropriate specialists or emergency services as needed.
